Dress Code

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. We encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire, with cocktail attire for Friday’s welcome drinks. Ladies feel free to wear any colour but please refrain from wearing white or sage green.

Question 2

Transportation

For your convenience, transportation will be provided on the wedding day:

1pm – Guests staying at Villa Cora will be picked up and taken to St. James Episcopal Church for the ceremony.

After the Ceremony – transportation will be available for all guests to return to Villa Cora for the reception.

Question 3

Food & Beverage

On Friday evening, we’ll be hosting a welcome drinks reception at Villa Cora from 6pm to 8pm. Drinks and light bites will be served. Please ensure to book a reservation for dinner if you are looking to eat at Villa Cora.

On the wedding day, following the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour featuring a selection of canapés. This will be followed by a three-course dinner.

Later in the evening a there will be a late-night snack and an open bar will be available throughout the night.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements on your RSVP.

Question 4

Photos & Videos

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us, no photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture every detail of the wedding, so everyone can be present and keep it phone free.

Question 5

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Accepted Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family.

What Time Should I Arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 2pm, so we recommend that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can find a seat.

RSVP

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible.

Please confirm your attendance by no later than 7th July 2026, if we don’t receive your RSPV by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. This will give us plenty of time to make arrangements for transportation, dining, and other special details, we hope you understand.

Are Children Welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults.

Weather

Even though the ceremony and reception will be hosted indoors, there is an outside area for cocktail hour - weather permitting.

Typically, it’s mild with sunny days and cooler evenings.  A light jacket or shawl is a good idea for the evening.

Getting There

For guests flying in, there are two convenient airport options below. If you’re planning to drive, parking is available at the hotel.

Pisa International Airport (PSA): Approximately a 1-hour transfer to the venue.

Florence Airport (FLR): Just a 30-minute taxi ride away.
